It’s time for the season finale of Marriage Boot Camp: Family Edition! To recap, Matt left last week during the lie detector test, since that’s something he has trouble with. Today is the day where family members need to make decisions on how to proceed with their relationships.

Dr. Ish tells the Marriage Boot Camp cast that today will be a big decision day. And to help with that is Judge Lynn Toler, who you’re probably pretty familiar with by now. She’s from Divorce Court and likes to tell it like it is.

Brandi is a little scared of her. “Matt is gone and I know in your mind you’re solid,” Toler tells Amber Portwood. But Tonya is another story — she’s been on substances, and should be a little concerned about it. For Guy and Brandi, they need to make sure they don’t fall into old habits. Even though they’ve made a ton of progress, Brandi isn’t sure if they can maintain that outside the house. Guy cares about Brandi’s image so much, since it’s a reflection on him.

The Graziano sisters have a lot ahead of them. It’s obvious, as the “You cause me so much grief” scene literally plays at least once per episode, when it happened in the premiere. For the Joneses, Toler thinks Chrissy’s decision is the hardest. So much needs to change for her to come back. At least Jim Jones knows he has an anger problem at this point. Remember in the first few Marriage Boot Camp episodes this season where he like, didn’t even talk?

The family members are being split up until decision day. Then, they’ll decide whether or not they want to split from their families. Amber feels like some of the “shit” her mom is on is a little crazy, and drinking on meds is never any good. Tonya thinks she has it all under control. She says her prescription pills are being taken for different reasons. And they’re not drugs since they were prescribed. Sure, Jan.

Brandi wants Tonya to come clean about it, and even calls her a liar. “I’m not going to go off my prescriptions,” Tonya says. Brandi, upset by this, walks away.

The Big Jones Family Secret

Meanwhile, Mama Jones is talking some garbage about Chrissy. She said her best friend works at the airport, and she found out that Chrissy was cheating on Jim. “You can’t fix what you can’t acknowledge,” Dr. V says when watching the stalker footage.

It’s three hours before the final decision. Renee takes it upon herself to tell Chrissy what Mama said behind her back. She doesn’t want Chrissy to be blindsided, as the two have become very close. “Do I think I can mend anything with Nancy? I can’t see it,” Chrissy says in a confessional.

Mama tells Jim that Renee knows about the other situation, and tries to pack her bags to head out early. It’s really confusing as to what is going on right now. But Chrissy and Mama can no longer trust each other. Jim thinks his mom “went rogue” on them. Jim and Chrissy, however, aren’t even upset about the cheating allegation. So, it might have actually happened.

Chrissy and Jim tell V and Ish that they can’t be here for the additional hours. Jim says he’s here with Chrissy, and while his mom will always be his mom, he expects to spend the rest of his life with Chrissy. So, uh. Process with Jim, right?

Movin’ Out

They leave, but Mama stays. But more electricity starts when Brandi calls Amber a narcissist. And the whole house gets involved. Even security comes out, when things get too out of hand. Amber flips out and calls Brandi a “drunk bitch” and a “wannabe Farrah Abraham” which LOLOLOLOLOL. Somewhere, Farrah is smiling.

The argument continues in the Portwood room, with an angry Amber calling Brandi anorexic and a drunk. And now she’s packing her stuff up to leave.

But, there’s no time for this. Since it’s time for a final decision. Mama walks in the room, alone, to talk with Dr. V first. Dr.Ish talks to Amber, to figure out why she just spontaneously combusted like that. Amber calls Brandi a “drunk ass bitch” and thinks she hit below the belt. “She’s lucky she’ll never see me again,” Amber says in a confessional. She also calls Brandi a trigger.

Back to Mama. If it were up to her, the family would all be together. “Right now, you’re sitting here alone,” Dr. V says. Text states that Mama’s house burned down in December, which made me laugh since it’s such a fucking strange ending to all this. Oh — also, Jim and Chrissy are still together. So, that’s good.

The Graziano sisters are up next. Jenn, Lana, and Renee walk into the room and meet with V and Ish. Lana says they’ve all move forward, but not where they’d like to be. Renee says she’s had a wonderful time here, and wants to focus on her codependency. Jenn thinks Renee needs to define herself away from her. Renee and Lana both reveal their family photos of all three sisters together, but Jenn’s is a little different. In Jenn’s photo, it’s Renee and Lana. Renee bursts into tears. “I think you two need to have a direct line to each other,” Jen says. Whoa. “I don’t want you to leave me,” Renee sobs. “My heart hurts.”

The good news is, eventually, everyone gets it. Jenn isn’t gone forever — she just needs a break.

Checking In With The Portwoods

The Portwoods are up next. Ish an V show the original picture, with Matt included. Amber admits that a lot needs to change for the two of them to get closer. Amber needs her clear-minded, and completely there. “These medications are a slippery slope,” Dr. Ish says. “The medication that you are on can be addictive.” Tonya’s vision of her famly is her and Amber, and Amber’s is… just Amber. WHOA. Amber seems so sad presenting it.

“How I felt earlier, because of yesterday, I was disappointed,” she clarifies. But, wait. A twist! If she gets help, she wants to have her back in her life. Tears are flowing, and hugs are given. “We’ve had an amazing experience,” Amber admits. “I think we’re going to be just fine.” The credits say that Tonya is weaning herself off of prescription pills, Matt got married to someone else, and Amber is expecting a baby. Which she had! With a cameraman on this show! And their special is next week, by the way.

Guy and Brandi are next. Brandi says she’s frustrated since Guy is family, but doesn’t have her back. Both of them reveal photos of the two of them. “Excellent job,” Ish says. It went very quickly. In the end, everyone toasts for the future. Everyone hugs. Supposedly, Lana and Renee worked fine for a bit without Jenn in the mix, but then, they were back to their old ways. As for Brandi and Guy, supposedly things were good until they stopped talking for a few months. But then Guy had a health scare, and Brandi was right by his side.

Next week, we learn how Amber got knocked up. Apparently.
